Rubber-lined pipes and fittings
Pipes and fittings are prefabricated to drawings and the customer’s material specification, rubber lined inside and corrosion protected outside. Our products are in service at LKAB and Boliden, among others.
Welding
Certified welders carry out all welding according to approved welding procedures (WPS). Welds are ground flush before lining to achieve the best adhesion and avoid extra wear on uneven surfaces. Depending on the requirements, they are checked with the appropriate non-destructive testing (NDT).
Rubber lining
We use raw rubber with the hardness set by the technical requirements. Lining is done by well-established European companies: internal blasting, rubber coating and hot vulcanisation in an autoclave (max 12 m). Technical specifications are verified in an in-house laboratory, and all inspections are documented in protocols according to the customer’s requirements.
Painting
Finished pipes and fittings are corrosion protected on the outside according to the customer’s coating programme. The work is documented in protocols.
