Rubber-lined containers, tanks and DART valves
Products are made to the customer’s working drawings and technical instructions. Where needed, we help with technical solutions.
Steelwork
The manufacturer is responsible for the steelwork and, in addition to welding, has equipment for forming plate, pipe and profiles, such as cutting and bending. Welding is done the same way as for rubber-lined pipes and fittings.
Lining and surface treatment
Surfaces to be rubber lined or corrosion protected are treated according to the customer’s requirements, for example painting or galvanising. Parts that do not fit in the autoclave are cold vulcanised with approved adhesion.
Large objects
Objects larger than ordinary transport allows can be divided into smaller components, usually with rubber-lined flange joints. Assembly and leak tests are carried out before delivery.
DART valves
We also deliver complete DART valves with plugs and seats, including pneumatic cylinders.
